    1. Once a booking is confirmed, payment is made, and tickets, vouchers, or services are issued, the booking becomes strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable.
    2. Tickets & Attractions – Once issued, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    3. Holiday Packages – Cancellations depend on airline and hotel policies. Service charges may apply.
    4. No-Show – If a customer does not show up for a tour/activity, no refund will be issued.
    5. Company Rights – Best Deals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, operational issues). In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or an alternative option.
