Cancellation Policy

  1. Tours & Activities – Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable.
  2. Tickets & Attractions – Once issued, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. Holiday Packages – Cancellations depend on airline and hotel policies. Service charges may apply.
  4. No-Show – If a customer does not show up for a tour/activity, no refund will be issued.
  5. Company Rights – Best Deals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, operational issues). In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or an alternative option.
