Ticket Usage Policy

• Tickets must be redeemed at either Ain Dubai or your chosen Dubai Parks resort park within 7 days from the date of first use.

• Once either attraction is visited, the remaining ticket must be used within 7 days of the initial redemption.

• Each ticket allows one-time entry only per attraction and is non-transferable.

• Tickets expire after 7 days from the first use and cannot be extended or refunded.

Operating Hours

• Ain Dubai: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (hours may vary seasonally)

• Dubai Parks and Resorts: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (daily)

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years enter free at both Ain Dubai and Dubai Parks.

• Child tickets apply for ages 3 to 11 years.

• Guests aged 12 years and above require an adult ticket.

• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable once tickets have been issued.
